"Staff were friendly and check in/out was quick. We stayed in the dome. Nights were cool so there was a heater (air conditioner for summer). Bath houses were clean and they provided towels and mat in the dome. The lobby had pizza for dinner (Papa Murphy's and an oven to cook it in). Must be cooked by 7pm when office closes. Breakfast was provided with waffles, coffee, tea, single serve pastries, and juice. They also rent sand boards/sleds Can't beat the view! Grounds were pet friendly so my puppers got to walk up through the tent camping area which offered some great views of the dunes."

"Gail’s place is super quiet and has everything you would need for your stay. Our furry friend probably had the most fun. Will definitely be back next time in the area. Communication with Drew and Gail was super easy and a pleasure to work with both. Best! "

"This location is great! It was the perfect spot for visiting the sand dunes and sand dunes recreation. We had 5 adults with us and there was just enough space. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed."

"Sean and Thomas were terrific hosts. The location truly has to be experienced to understand how special it is. A jaunt to the sand dunes, 3 different hot springs, and the UFO watchtower and only a quick drive to Crestone makes it very well situated. We were able to crate our dog, Maggie, near a partially shaded window where she slept and watched birds all day. If you love the sky, you'll absolutely fall in love with this place. Highly recommend."

"Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! "

"Everything was really nice. High end everything inside the cabin and very comfortable. It is very remote and we saw a bear when we were there. Hot tub clean, fun amenities. Cabin itself was great. Only feedback is that the damage deposit they charge at reservation was very high (1500) and took forever to get back. Maybe lower that deposit?"

"This was SO close to the Great Sand Dunes! There are so many little, extra details that the owner put into the rental. It was pristinely clean & we felt so cozy. It’s a great location for night sky viewing, also. Super close to Zapata Falls. "
