Remodeled Townhome in Spring Creek- A Mountain Lifestyle Community in Truckee

Enjoy the convenience of being 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (or a 1.8 mile paved bike ride to downtown). Northstar California Ski Resort is 15 minutes away (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 minutes away (13.9 miles).
There are trails for snowshoeing, cross country, and sledding nearby.
Donner Lake is a 9 minute drive (4.9 miles) and Lake Tahoe is 19 minutes away.
There are 7 golf courses within a 5 to 19 minute drive, historic Truckee and the Transcontinental Railroad to explore. Rock climbing, hiking, kayaking and boating on the Lakes, and rafting/tubing on the Truckee River, shopping, live music /concerts, mountain biking in the area, are all possibilities. Gambling/Casinos in Reno about 30 minutes up Interstate 80, in Crystal Bay (on the Lake) 26 minutes away. Just further on Hwy 28 you could also be in Incline Village (Hyatt Casino) 35 minutes away.
This Cozy and Contemporary Townhome is approximately 1290 square feet of efficient space that includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that is newly remodeled (finished as of November 20th, 2021). The Home is on a flat lot with a flat driveway, easy for winter access.
There is a front door entrance but the Garage and driveway are in the back of the home and accommodate 2 cars. There is extra parking for guests just steps away in either direction of the back street. The garage takes you into the Kitchen where you will find one big open area with kitchen/dining and living area (powder bath also). There is a pull-out leather sofa in the Living Room. The Dining table accommodates 6-7 people (using the upholstered entrance bench in the Living Room) with 2 more seats at the breakfast counter to accommodate 8-9 for dining. There is plank flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs (we request shoes not to be worn upstairs).
Upstairs are the Master Suite with Bath, and 2 other Bedrooms and a Hallway Bath. The stackable washer/dryer are in the hallway upstairs. There is a large linen closet, and each bedroom has ample closet space (the master bedroom has his and hers closets). All Bedrooms have Queen beds.

THIS IS A NONSMOKING PROPERTY AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. OWNER IS ALLERGIC TO PET DANDER.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take the trash outside to the bearbox . Make sure that the Bearbox is shut and locked properly .
Please put recycled items in the blue ba recycle bags. Keep the bags in the garage. On Friday mornings place the full recycle bags outside besides the bearbox.
Please only use dish pods for the dishwasher. The dish pods can be found under the sink on the right hand side. Do not use dish soap.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Owner is allergic to Pet Dander so no animals are allowed in the home. A fee of $250 for a pet violation plus deep cleaning caused by said pet.
The maximum number of guests over 13 yo is 8. Any violation of this is $75/person/night.
No shoes to be worn on carpeting. Garage remote charge of $100 if taken at departure. A $25 charge for every 30 min of late departure
