Luxury 3BD Village at Northstar Residnece - One Village Place 401
- This beautiful three bedroom residence is located in the prestigious One Village Place building, which is the most convenient location in all of Northstar. The residence offers unparalleled accessibility to Northstar's 100 family friendly runs; One Village Place guests have a private door to the front of the line for the gondola! Perched directly above the main Big Springs gondola, the open plan condo features mountain contemporary design. The gourmet kitchen is a dream with granite slab countertops, custom alder cabinetry, and high-end Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. The two king bedrooms and third bunk bedroom are spacious and private.
The restaurants, shops, skating rink, and all of the fun activities of the vibrant Village at Northstar are just outside the door! Situated within One Village Place is a fitness center which is private to the building's residents and guests.
Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access.

- Please note, the One Village Place hot tub and sauna are undergoing updates and will remain out of order through 2026.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy will not be accepted.
- This residence comes with 1 parking spot in the underground temp controlled parking garage. Garage clearance is 8FT.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
