We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and there was soap, paper towels, Kleenex, and Tide provided for our use. We all enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board and few of us used the hot tub (it was really nice)!!
Great condition of furniture and house. The number of beds was perfect for my family which included a few small kids. It was quiet and warm. The kitchen was very well supplied with good knives, lots of plates and glassware. The night before we departed we got about a foot of snow and the driveway was nicely cleared in the early morning, and again right as we were leaving
We recently stayed at this property with a group of 4 adults and 3 teens. On the positive side, the home is in a great location with nice amenities (fee based), is beautifully decorated, had comfy beds and plenty of space. The game room and hot tub were the highlights for us. On the less positive side, the kitchen and baths are very dated, as was the deck furniture. Also many windows do not operate properly and lack shades which created privacy issues in the bedrooms and bathrooms as neighbors can see in. The kitchen is very minimally stocked so cooking wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. Kudos, however, to the management company which was incredibly responsive to the few issues we had during our stay.
Amazing property!! The pictures don't even do justice...definitely will be back again!! Highly recommend this property. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well!
The house is awesome. The rules posted at every turn was a bit much.
We rent homes regularly in the Truckee/Tahoe area for family weekends. This house was great, but it felt like every wall and even the view window out of the living room has a sign with house rules. I get the feeling they have issues with college kids, but it is a little over the top for a family. The feeling you're left with is being an irresponsible intruder in someone else's house. That is not exactly what you'd expect for paying $2k for 2 nights. Also, I understand getting feedback, but the property management company sends a pre-arrival survey, a first day survey, and several emails and texts for a review, which again is a little over the top.
With all of that said, the house is great. The game room was a hit, and we all enjoyed the floor plan.
