The de Saint Phalle unit is 1 bedroom, plus additional kid areas and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 4 adults. It’s located 2 blocks from the West End Beach of Donner Lake. 2 car parking. When entering the house you will find a modern kitchen with a gas range. The dining room is connected to a spacious living room. On this level you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a full bath and a laundry area. Upstairs you will find 3 more areas as well as another full bathroom (shower stall only). This house contains 7 double beds and 1 single bed total ( 4 doubles and 1 single are located in the kids room and are on the floor without bed frames). This unit rents with a 2 night minimum in the summer. Unit offers a HOT TUB. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend. 001358
