Great location, rather basic accommodation

This bijou, ground-floor apartment is in a very good location for exploring the charming old city of Troyes. The facilities are adequate, although somewhat cramped. The double bed can only be got into from one side, and the foam pillows are disappointing. The lounge window is directly next to the pavement outside, so privacy is limited. The approach is across a rather shabby courtyard and unwelcoming porch, which was rather off-putting in the dark on our arrival. The promised welcome gift mentioned in the welcome booklet was not present. The shower was good, but the toilet took a long time to refill the flush. The sink plughole was almost blocked so we cleaned it ourselves. There is no parking on site, although a large open air car park is by the entrance and charges are not too expensive.

Appartement très bien situé. Bien soigné, propreté impeccable. Rien à dire. Par contre, petit soucis avec les propriétaires qui nous réclament la somme de 17.99 € concernant un abonnement que nous aurions souscris auprès de Netfix. Petit malentendu, nous n'avons pas souscris d'abonnement, nous avons simplement changer l'adresse mail qui n'était pas la bonne. Nous avons mis la leurs et mis le code secret qu'ils nous avaient fournis. Or, ils nous disent que nous avons souscrit à un 2ème abonnement. Nous ne voyons pas comment cela est possible. De plus, ils nous facturent un abonnement pour 4 écrans pour un mois soit le forfait Netfix premium. Nous trouvons cela un peu abusé. Ce n'est pas la somme de 17.99 € qui nous dérangent, c'est le principe. Sur Netfix, nous ne pouvons pas souscrire à un 2ème abonnement avec la même adresse mail et le même code secret. Netfix répond qu'il y a déjà un compte à ce nom. C'est bien la 1ère fois que cela nous arrivent.

Un weekend de pur bonheur

Marion et Jeanlin ont été très disponibles pour toutes nos questions durant notre séjour. A notre arrivée dans l'appartement, nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir déguster la célèbre liqueur de Troyes et nous avons pu programmer notre séjour en fonction des conseils (restaurants, loisirs...) de nos hôtes. Grâce à eux, nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la ville de Troyes. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare et à deux minutes du centre historique de Troyes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté et la décoration de l'appartement, ainsi que tous les services qu'il offrait (superbe douche massante !). Pour sûr, nous retournerons chez Jeanlin et Marion !
