Great amenities. The common space is large and quite comfortable. You have to pay for the breakfast, but there is a large area to comfortably sit, eat, and watch tv. Complementary coffee, water, and pizza in the late afternoon.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful, the location is convenient to the university, and the beds were comfortable. Those are the only nice things I have to say. I was glad to find a Marriot for a decent price because of the great experiences I've had during previous stays. This hotel is not a representation of that. The staff is not properly cleaning the rooms. They're remaking the beds and vacuuming the floors at best. Blinds in our room (213) were broken. The door to the furniture where the refrigerator sits was broken as well as the closet door. Previous customers' hair and built-up shower residue is very visible in the shower. The shower floor is black. I understand that everyone has a different standard of clean but I cannot imagine anyone thinking this is okay. If you choose to stay here be sure to bring your shower shoes and some sort of sanitizing wipes.

I definitely recommend staying here!! The staff was absolutely fantastic and always greeting you as you left and coming in. This place was absolutely clean and very nice and rooms were outstanding. Thank you again Marriott Courtyard for making our trip amazing.

Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our second stay in a month's time, and we came back because our first experience was so good. The desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly and helpful. We were very happy she was working during our 2nd stay. She recommended good restaurants and made sure we felt welcome. Thank you!

Staff were very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast area was out of several of items and a bit pricey but the stay itself was nice. The man and woman that helped with breakfast and coffee were very sweet and friendly. It wasn’t their fault that lots of food/drink items weren’t available.

PARKING WAS FINE. CHECK IN WAS EASY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. WE WERE PROMPTLY GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, NOT UP TO PAR FOR CLEANLINESS. THE SHEETS WERE ROUGH, AND THE TOWELS HAD AN ODOR. THE STAFF WERE GREAT!
