This pretty house, with 3 bedrooms, is a real haven of peace yet located in the heart of the bustling Trouville!

Cross the threshold of this charming little fisherman's house with purple shutters and let yourself be seduced by its absolute calm, located only 200m from the famous rue des Bains.
The house offers all the comforts to enjoy this seaside resort, a stone's throw from everything: here, everything is done on foot!

The beach and the train station are accessible in a few minutes, and you just have to go down the peaceful street to access the quays, the mythical fish market and the first shops.

The little extra? A bakery around the corner for your hot croissants in the morning!

The house, ideal for families or getaways with friends, is designed for your comfort.
Facing south-west (bathed in light in the afternoon), without any opposite, it is spread over about fifty square metres as follows:

✨ The Ground Floor (Living Space)
- A pleasant warm stay, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, Tassimo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,...), ideal for cooking good fresh products brought back from the market.

✨ The ground floor (parental area)
- A large bright bedroom with a double bed offering a magnificent view of the towers at the entrance to the port of Deauville.
- A large bathroom equipped with a bathtub for moments of relaxation.

✨ The second floor (family / friends area)
- A second large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, enjoying the same view of the towers of the port.
- A cosy children's room, equipped with bunk beds.
On request: a travel cot can be made available for the little ones.

🚗 Practical side:
The location allows you to forget about the car during your stay... parking is free and depending on the period, it is relatively easy to park on the street!

Fees are already included in the price for sheets, towels and cleaning (included).
