Good location but wouldn't recommend
The location of the hotel it's really good, but other than that I can say much good. The room was dated and the noise isolation of the windows inexistent, with bars playing music until 3am.

The room was as expected being a Mecure we upgraded to a Privilege room which was modern but small, also someone had been smoking in the room that you could smell it, nobody was on the bar and very small bar in lobby so did not use, breakfast was of a very disappointing standard even though they did have hot food.

Mercure..always at Top.
2 wonderful days in Trouville at Mercure.. which is as always perfect. Just a little expensive but.. the prestations are wonderful so it's worth to stay there despite the cost.

Lovely hotel
Nice size room, lovely big wet room. Staff very helpful and in a great location with parking opposite. Would definitely stay again if we were in that area.

very nice hotel close to the casino and the beach
nice location . However the room was not good enough so we had the possibility to upgrade it and the staff was helpful

Good location for exploring. Right near the ocean, cool, misty day and no one sun tanning. Very large beautiful beach but too cold at the end of August. Breakfast was quite good but don't be late. Room a good size for Europe, modern decor and brand new bathroom. Casino right aross the street, beautiful architecture but we never went in. At least a dozen restaurants are within 2 blocks and I got a good haircut just aroud the corner.

Très bien situé, bon accueil et service au petit déjeuner mais hôtel bruyant. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et impossible d’y remédier. Pas de charme particulier pour ce mercure en Normandie

On a adoré notre séjour !
Un court mais très bon séjour au Mercure Trouville. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’accueil souriant et la gentillesse du personnel que ce soit à notre arrivée ou à la salle de petit-déjeuner. Jolie chambre confortable et très calme. Buffet petit-déjeuner extraordinaire. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Hôtel bien situé et offrant un bon confort. Seul bémol le breakfast (27 août) : accueil distant , et impossible d'avoir du bacon alors que l'heure de fermeture du restaurant était encore éloignée.

Bon hôtel classique. Très bien situé.
Hotel Mercure classique. Acceuil de très bonne qualité, très agréable. L'hôtel est en bon état et propre. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, un peu simples et petites pour un ****, mais le prix est correct pour l'endroit. Bonne expérience au global.

Magnifique sejour, chambre tres confortable avec magnifique vue sur la mer et le casino, tres propre. Un petit dejeuner bon, complet, varié et une equipe formidable. Seul bémol : je suis habitué a prendre une douche et j'avais une baignoire, petite et pas tres pratique pour se doucher.

Face au Casino, proche de la gare, de la plage, du centre ville et ses formidables restaurants. Bon hôtel. Tout l'ensemble du personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Bon petit-déjeuner. Endroit idéal pour un séjour sur la Côte Fleurie.
