We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have more variety and I don’t think you should be charged for parking however the overall experience was excellent and we would stay again.

Outstanding experience

Very nice hotel with beautiful location across from the beach and outstanding service. At one point I called for extra towels and someone brought them within a minute of hanging up the phone.

This is a really great hotel. Beautifully kept, great people, very close to the beach and all the amazing dining options in Trouville. We prefer Trouville to Deauville, so this is our hotel choice for the area... this is down to personal opinion of course...

There was one staff working as a porter, valley, and concierge. The receptionust was a bigginner and it took him 30-40 minutes to upgrade our room. The rooms are small and too expensive for the area.

Absolutely NOT a five star hotel when it comes to the room and facilities, corridors and elevators. Pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment with 31 degrees, as it was the criteria to choose the hotel. Service was friendly. Breakfast good, but completely overpriced. Would not go again.
