"The price was great, and room was modern, clean, and really comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. I stayed in three hotels during this trip, and this one was the best without doubt. I’m really picky about small details like how good are the shampoo and conditioner, and how easy are they to use, and are the corners or grout in the shower clean, are there convenient device charging options by the bed, and the Hyatt was flawless. If I had to find an issue, it would be that the tv wasn’t really a smart tv. It would have been a hassle to stream from my own accounts, and live tv wasn’t great. But that’s really stretching to find something to complain about when I can watch what I want on my laptop. Room service would have also been lovely, but the second floor bar and restaurant were great and easy to take to-go. Absolutely would stay again or recommend to friends and family."

"The property is nice and quiet right by the water.The room was nice and clean but the description says restaurant and bar grill and had none of that stuff that is described on the app.I guess that’s why it wasn’t busy but overall we enjoyed it"

"Very nice place! Employees are friendly which makes the stay more pleasant! Clean rooms and bedding! Only thing is no microwave in the rooms...but there is 1 in the snack section in the lobby to use. Sunrises with the river and bridge in view are worth getting up and going out to take pictures!!!!"

"TV stayed on, instead of auto turnoff w/out any activity for a specified period of time. But it was Direct TV. Had thunderstorms and it went out until the weather passed. Excellent lighting in the room. Most hotels only have a lamp in the corner, one by ea nightstand, one on the desk one. and one in the entry--turn them all on, and they still don't light up the room. This room had a flood light over the headboard, and it lit up the entire room."

"It was exactly what we needed and expected. The host was helpful and polite. We did have a few plumbing issues because of the storms but nothing major. We had a wonderful time. We would rent again."

Rustic River Cabin - Shell Harbour on the St Johns River - Pet Friendly

"We had a great time at the cabin. If you have little kids it's great because you're close to the water just a short walk away but you're not on the water where you have to worry about them all the time. Only suggestion I would make to anybody traveling to this cabin is make sure you have the ability to cook, there's a grill and there's a microwave inside but there is no stove. We had no issues because we love to cook everything outside anyway. Will definitely book another stay. I had one small issue with the grill, I sent a text, and the host was there in literal minutes to fix it."
