"I couldn’t not give a higher compliment for the staff other than to say that they were beyond excellent. The front desk and dining area were consistently staffed with beyond excellent works on every rotation. Very helpful, very plesant.
The view from our room was beautiful. Great view of St John River and a beautiful fountain to boot."

"The motel is very old but the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No amenities. Just bed bath ac microwave and mini fridge. But the manager is very nice and helpful."

"The staff were very nice. There was no restaurant although they did advertise one. The toilet was very wobbly. We reported it and were told they would put it on the list but they couldn't fix it now because the room would have to be closed for 5 days. The shower was VERY hard to turn on. My wife couldn't turn it on and I thought I was going to end up ripping it out of the wall. The tub stopper would not work. It stayed closed when the shower was running so the tub was filling with water when we didn't want it to. Very disappointed."
