"This hotel is great, especially for business travelers. They have a good size parking lot with EV charging. The buffet breakfast selection consists of both Western and Chinese dishes. The hotel location is close to MicX? mall (10 minutes walking) and the subway line 10 is locate in the mall’s LG level. The only downside is the location which is further from the city center. It will take you 35-45 minutes to get to Nanjing Rd and 45-50 minutes to get to Pudong. By subway. The hotel amenities is acceptable being closer to a high 4-star hotel compared to Expedia’s hotel rating. The only down side to my entire stay was the hot water. My room was probably furthest from the hot water source so it normally will take 3-5 minutes before the water to the shower gets warm. "

"The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the deep soaker tub was great. I could hear the airplanes going by but and it was quite loud, but it didn’t bother me. The staff were nice and responded quickly when i had an issue with my non smoking room smelling like smoke. I will be back next time I am in Shanghai"

"The breakfast is great. Lots of variety. The breakfast starts at 6:30am. It’s great for early scheduled train or flight. The air conditioning is quiet. The address is correct, but google map is not correct. If you take metro, you will have to check Chinese map. If you take taxi or didi, it is mot a problem."
