"Good stay, didn't love the parking fee. I know it's close to the airport but you don't have to charge people that are staying at your hotel. My suggestion is to give guests a parking pass for free and you can charge non-guests to park there if you'd like to."

"Everything was great except that the door wouldnt open sometimes. Handle wouldnt turn latch and would force you to double open the door. This only happened going in. Coming out worked great. Breakfast had good variety of oatmeal, cereal, waffle station, eggs, sausages, bagels toast, juice ect.. pool was clean and organized. Parking was easy, quiet street, low traffic. Easy access to turnpike in less than 2min. 15min to Zoo Miami made this a great stay location to get to things we planned to do while in miami. Only 30min to the beach was nice as well during peak traffic in the morning. "

"I did not get the house that I booked. The host tried to fast talk me into telling me that this was an upgrade, but it did not accommodate my total party. We had to sleep in the living room. They switch all of our booking without even letting me know. Never reached out. Then when she finally called, she made it seem like she was doing me a favor (her words exactly) and said she could have just canceled without even giving me a notice and I should be thankful. There was a part of the house closed off, and she had someone else staying there. I had to place something on the door for security to make sure no one entered. I will not be booking with this property again. She had no empathy and was not concern about me or my guest. "

"Breakfast was always great a fresh and done as I like it … the only negative about my stay was dinner .. I ordered the ropa vieja and all I got was sauce, peppers and onions . It was truly a disgrace and unacceptable for the price $38? Not good . Also waited to be attended for 20 minutes before anyone came over to say “I’ll be right with you “ it seems the restaurant at dinner is understaffed … also as a guest you charge for water bottles??? $3.09 each??? I’ve stayed in low budget hotels and never have I paid for water .. the front desk charges my room . That’s very unfortunate.."

"We booked this hotel for the hot tub. When we arrived we walked the property and everything looked great so we went to dinner and came back to get on the hot tub. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on so we went to the front desk and the guy behind the counter said oh yeah it's broken...... There were no signs no indication it was out of order we won't be back"
