A cosy loft in an Art Nouveau villa that can accommodate up to 4 people, located inside a historic Art Nouveau villa built in the 1800s and recently renovated. Enjoy full access to a private Mediterranean garden featuring an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and outdoor shower—a magical experience after a day at the beach. Equipped with every comfort, plus an additional outdoor kitchen and amenities, you’ll have full access to the garden with its outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and shower—all surrounded by stunning greenery!
Ideal for culture-loving travellers and those eager to dive right into the hustle and bustle of one of southern Italy’s most beautiful coastal towns. Also easily accessible on foot—via stairs leading directly down from the historic centre—is the fine sandy beach “della Rotonda,” just 0.4 km away. It is picturesquely situated between the pilgrimage church “Madonna dell’Isola,” perched on a sandstone rock towering above the sea, and the town centre.
Our villa is located just a few steps from the historic centre of Tropea; it takes 10 minutes by car or local train to reach the main attraction at Capo Vaticano.
In front of this tastefully furnished holiday home, on the rear side of the villa, you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden.
The apartment features a modern built-in kitchen; on the ground floor, there is a kitchen-living room combination and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. A spiral staircase leads to the elegant sleeping loft with a double bed.
Downstairs, a comfortable double sofa bed provides sleeping space for two more guests. (King-size bed and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed)
The kitchen-living room is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen, a double sofa bed, and satellite TV. Wi-Fi internet connection is available.
The garden features a large, partially covered terrace equipped with a washing machine, a stone grill (barbecue), and an outdoor kitchen.
The nearest shops are literally just around the corner. Good to know for train travellers: Tropea’s train station is only 500 m away. Drivers can park their vehicles in one of the street parking spots in front of the house.
