Near the sea (200 meters), reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Independent heating and air conditioning. Apartment located in an area well served with supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, bank at 50 meters. Close to the historic center. Free WIFI; free parking.
