It is a totally NEW apartment with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a stay in maximum comfort: it offers you a splendid and unique view of the sea, the port and the Cathedral, parking in the building (on request), lift, air conditioning, kitchen, living area with TV, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. It is located on the main square, Piazza Vittorio Veneto and is therefore close to the access roads to the sea, bars & restaurants, shops, pharmacies and the train station, all to make your holiday a moment of magical relaxation and easy fun.

Può ospitare comodamente fino a 7 persone. Si trova sulla Piazza principale, Piazza Vittorio Veneto ed è quindi vicino alle strade di accesso al mare, a bar&ristoranti, negozi, farmacie e alla stazione ferroviaria, tutto per rendere la vostra vacanza un momento di magico relax e facile divertimento.

Amazing location great apartment, thoughtful owner. Wonderful staff frint desk more like family.

Good location, but not quite what we ex

The unit was as depicted in pictures, and the location was excellent. Overall it was comfortable, however we did run into a few issues. Despite the cleaning fee included in the price, the unit did need some additional attention particularly in the kitchen, and we arrived to a full dishwasher. Very little information was provided before check-in which did require some back and forth with the owner to clarify. She did try her best to respond quickly, but the answers weren’t always helpful or accommodating. There is underground parking provided, but be aware that it is extremely tight and difficult to navigate into and out of. The internet did stop working, but it may have been due to a local storm. The air conditioner also stopped working in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was lacking some essential items that we have always received in other rentals, but the owner did not seem inclined to provide them after requesting them. After a few attempts at explaining this to the owner, she did attempt to order some extra items off Amazon for us but they did not arrive in time.
