We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but our room still wasn't ready for check-in. They offered us a larger room, but only for an additional cost. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Overall, it was disappointing.

The Windsor Suites
There was construction happening during the time of our stay. I cannot comment about the appearance due to that. The amenities in the kitchen were quite old and not a great experience. The Bellevue Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags

Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold.
