The downtown location is convenient. Due to ongoing renovations in the hotel, it was nice of them to give us free breakfast in their restaurant for the duration of my stay.

Location is ideal, in a quiet corner next to the Cathedral and park, away from the hubbub of rue des Forges, but easy walking distance to the river and everything in downtown Trois-Rivières.

Old, but great

Old hotel, that could do with some additional renovations. But it was clean, very comfortable and in an excellent location. Would happily stay again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Not our first visit, however there were renovations going on, therefore no ice machines anywhere in the hotel. We were there on the weekend so no construction noise, so at least this was not a negative. The underground parking lot which is such a great amenity was not accessible due to the renovations. The staff were great as usual and the location is perfect.

Staff at frontdesk were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, but very dated, and in a major need of a complete face-lift. You get what you pay for. If it's to crash a couple of nights or if you're on a tight budget, you will survive, otherwise you better go to another hotel. Restaurant is open only for breakfast for now; they are renovating for a new restaurant to open soon.

Nicely situated, new restaurant offers a really good breakfast. Hotel needs a serious upgrade, stuck in the late 90’s…

Hôtel is definitely really dated. Our first room had a noisy AC and the fire alarm was beeping. We got a 2nd room which was near construction so it was quite noisy. I needed to relax post-op so it was a no go. We were moved to a 3rd room that finally was a good fit. The staff was really great and the included breakfast was excellent. (Included for a limited time to my understanding). EV charging was a nice plus!

I had a pleasant stay for one night. The location is excellent, the parking was convenient, and I was pleased to have breakfast included (unexpectedly). The construction didn't disturb or inconvenience me.
