I usually go there for business but one particular reason why I love going to Penn mass is the staff. All the representatives are welcoming and kind. During my last stay, I obtain a room with a tub and that was so cool hope to get the same next time.

I chose this hotel because it advertised as family friendly, said there was an arcade, and that there was a rollaway bed available for $10, microwave in the room, pool tables in the bar. There was no microwave in the room, no rollaway bed available, the “arcade” was gambling machines, the pool tables were no longer there. The fridge in the room was leaking all over the floor. The balcony felt like it was going to fall out from under my feet. We needed a couple of plates for the room for food, they denied this even though there is an attached restaurant in the hotel. The front staff was accommodating by giving us a room with two beds, to make up for no rollaway bed. The bartender was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The bar was cool and vintage. The room was clean, just needs updating. I do not appreciate the false advertisement of this place. If it did not have the amenities that were listed, I would not have stayed here. The front staff were somewhat friendly, but didn’t seem to care that we did not have the amenities that were shown. I would not recommend staying at this establishment.

Its one 9f the worst place i stayed. I need to complained that the room wasn't vacuumed, garbage are still in the room. The bed not sure if its cleaned. The 2 ladies who were present were arguing whose fault etc. I was even asked if i would vacuum the room by myself. We droved 3hrs just to come and rest and was ask to do a task plis the rate of this motel doesn't represent its quality and the lighting was extremely poor (dark hallway). We ended up leaving around 6am. Our body was tired as the bed was extremely poor almost on the floor if you lay down. Unbelievable. Cant recommend this place. Please avoid it.
