In fact, when our train was delayed significantly, they were extremely helpful and kind to ensure that we still had a stress-free check in and access to our room. For that, we are very thankful. . "While the evening staff was very welcoming and the room large, everything else in this hotel was extremely disappointing. The shower was tiny and the water flow was hardly a drizzle. The room was basic and the furniture - old. Breakfast was basic compared to standard Italian hotels, and most tables in the restaurant were filthy with leftovers and crumbs from previous guests. I definitely do not recommend this place. "

"An amazing welcome by all the family, we were travelling with our little dog and they couldn’t be more accommodating (even having dog biscuits ready for him at breakfast the next morning). We chose to eat in the Resteraunt in the evening and it was one of the best meals we have had during our road trip around Italy. "Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great. Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices. I picked because of the positives reviews, which I think are out of date."
