A great place to stay. We had a Big terrasse with a very nice view. The view from the restaurant is even better. The food is classic Italian. Simple but very delicious. And prices very reasonable. Nicola is super serviceminded if I could give 6 stars for the service I would. The room was nice, seemed fairly new renovated and very clean.

Nicola was an amazing host! He was very easy to reach and communicate with. I loved my room and the dining experience for dinner was my favourite meal after 8 days in Italy. The views are spectacular

Needs freshening up

Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great. Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices. I picked because of the positives reviews, which I think are out of date.

We had such a great stay at Nicola’s place. He was so welcoming and helpful. We had dinner at his restaurant and the food was delicious. The whole ambiance and atmosphere are so inviting and soothing. Thank you Nicola for a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying there again.

Nice place. Pretty, polite and accommodating staff

I think it must be an Italian thing, but when I ask for 2 separate beds for 2 different people, why would ANYONE think it’s ok to put the 2 twin beds together and cover them both with one sheet set?!? 2 beds means 2 beds APART!

Bastava poco di più

Siamo stati dirottati su una struttura della stessa proprietà a causa di un imprevisto ossia la Flos Guest House. Ci è stato assegnato un upgrade della camera passando in una deluxe room. Effettivamente struttura e camera sono molto belle, la camera è molto spaziosa e divisa in due stanze separate ed ottimamente arredata. Quello che è mancato è stata una maggiore attenzione al cliente ossia: mi avete fatto cambiare struttura, fatemi vedere la camera assegnata e poi mi chiedete il pagamento, invece il pagamento è stato richiesto immediatamente al check-in; la struttura è in una zona piuttosto periferica, scopriamo che non c'è nessuno in quanto la reception chiude e non c'è personale; le camere sono al primo piano, non c'è ascensore e ci siamo dovuti portare le valigie, fortunatamente nessuno di noi ha problemi nel farlo; nella struttura originale un punto di forza era la colazione, qui abbiamo trovato il kit fai da te con brioches e biscotti confezionati, 2 bustine di te per 3 persone, 2 scatoline di cornflakes, 3 bricchetti di latte e 5 cialde per caffè (solo tipo standard); niente frutta, niente yogurt, niente salato; uno di noi ha problemi alimentari ma fortunatamente avevamo roba nostra

Un havre de paix et d'esthétique

Notre séjour a été exceptionnellement réussi ! Tout était parfait. Le cadre,la décoration de l'établissement, la cuisine, les terrasses. Nicolas est très accueillant et fait tout pour nous satisfaire. La chambre vraiment très belle, charmante avec son style méditerranéen. Très élégante, claire, confortable et vraiment très propre. Tout sent bon! Nous retiendrons et conseillerons cet établissement merveilleux.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Eigentümer. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten auch eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in die Ebene. Im Hausrestaurant haben wir am Abend auch gut gegessen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Struttura nuova, molto pulita con camere molto belle e soprattutto arredate con gusto e materiali locali. Camera doppia molto grande e confortevole, materassi top anche del divano letto matrimoniale. Lenzuola morbide e profumate, lo stesso dicasi per gli asciugamani. Paesaggio molto bello e super tramonto, parcheggio comodo, luogo molto silenzioso. Colazione ottima, con buona scelta e qualità dei cibi (cornetti, marmellate, nutelline e torta fatta in casa). Insomma tutto da 5 stelle. Ora per rendere credibile la recensione, aggiungerò qualcosa di negativo, ma dovendomi impegnare molto....ospiti vicini un po rumorosi in orario mattutino, forse la camera non è molto insonorizzata, soffione della doppia doccia un pò limitato dal calcare e aggiungerei una tenda alla finestra del bagno, cosi da poter aprire la persiana senza essere visti, dato che la nostra dava sull'entrata. Insomma, non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
