"Stayed for one night on journey heading South. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Evening meal was very good but with a limited menu, especially for vegetarian friends we were with. Good position with plenty of parking and small garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well ! Have also booked for our return journey."

"Don’t expect to be able to get any food if you haven’t pre booked it. We travelled from the uk and after a long journey wanted some food and a glass of fizz. Only to be told that wasn’t possible. But a local bar shut in one hour so we needed to be quick. For a place that cost over 330 pounds a night I’d expect a little bit more service. The grounds and the place are beautiful but being able to get basic food and drink has always been staple in France so was very disappointing we couldn’t get...

"The host was very nice and spoke good English. Our room was cramped and somewhat dated. The toilet was separate from shower area and both doors had to be closed to navigate around the bed. "Very practical for a stop-over on a drive to Brittany. A small hotel, quick to reach from the main highway. The room itself was surprisingly cozy and personal, clean and extremely quiet in the night, as there is nothing around except for a small country road. There was even a bathtub. Breakfast was fairly ample and very adequate, made and served by the owner (?), who also served at the reception and seemed generally to run the whole show. There are few if any frills, but this hotel was perfect...
