Beautiful, cosy, comfortable 3-family house. In the resort Costa Paradiso, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 800 m from the sea. Private: natural garden. Stepped path (43 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 7 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 75 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Aquafantasy 16 km, Vignola mare 20 km, Baya 800 m, Alghero 107 km, Olbia 79 km. Please note: car recommended. The terrace wall is 40 cm high and has no railing.

Open living/dining room with veranda, sliding door, panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Quelques manquements

Le site est tout à fait exceptionnel, la maison, un énorme potentiel. Cependant elle n’est pas assez entretenue et manque cruellement d’équipement Le four ne marche pas La plaque de cuisson n’a fonctionné que deux jours ( au gaz). Il a fallu que je réclame une bonbonne pour le magnifique barbecue disponible à l’extérieur sans quoi je n’aurais pu cuisiner pendant le séjour. La douche extérieur ne fonctionne pas. très jolie villa, vue exceptionnelle, calme, manque d’entretien c’est dommage.
