In a prime location facing the emerald green sea, Villa Il Rosso di Tramonto is a charming seaside villa for rent in Sardinia. Clad in pink granite and featuring a distinctive garden roof, two key elements that perfectly integrate the property into the Mediterranean landscape, the villa offers spatial and visual continuity with the surrounding nature.

Villa Il Rosso di Tramonto is located in Portobello di Gallura, an exclusive residential park that includes a small market for basic necessities. Access is reserved exclusively for residents, creating a relaxing and private atmosphere—perfect for a rejuvenating holiday amid the many beautiful coves nestled along this coast.

From the villa, you can even walk to the sandy beach of Baia dell'Amore, just 350 meters away. Baia Rosa, Baia dell'Uomo, and the famous Lu Culumbu beach are just a few of the many beaches you can visit during your stay in Portobello.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa consists of two distinct units and can accommodate up to 10 guests thanks to its five bedrooms.

The main building features a bright living area with a large lounge and panoramic windows opening onto the outdoor spaces, furnished with comfortable sun loungers, armchairs, and outdoor tables. The independent, well-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity—perhaps by taking part in a private cooking class.
To the left of the entrance, a corridor leads to the sleeping area: a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin rooms, each with a single bed and a pull-out bed that can be joined to form a double, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed (single below, queen above). A bathroom with shower completes this area.
Large windows fill the villa with natural light and allow you to enjoy the sea view from inside.

A separate guesthouse with its own entrance from the garden hosts the fifth bedroom—a double with en suite bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms of the main building except one of the twin bedrooms. The guesthouse does not have air conditioning.

Built directly on the cliff, the villa offers direct access to the nearby beach, where you can enjoy stunning seaside sunsets that will make your Sardinian stay truly unforgettable.
