Très belle semaine dans cette sympathique maison vue sur mer avec piscine!Emplacement idéal pour accès aux belle plages des alentours.Attention, pas de climatisation, les nuits sont souvent très chaudes…A noter qu’il faut ajouter 15 par personnes pour les draps et serviettes de toilettes…

CASA VISTA MARE COSTA PARADISO

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa con una vista spettacolare su Costa Paradiso e in lontananza Stintino la casa funzionale in terrazzo attrezzato sempre ventilato. Grazie a Silvia per la disponibilità e a Loretta che ci ha accolti all’arrivo, da ritornarci sicuramente

Eine wünderschöne Woche !

Wir haben die Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Terrasse bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und man kann herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Es hat uns persönlich an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung der Costa Paradiso ist wunderschön. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war super nett, Silvia war bei Fragen umgehend erreichbar. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür !

Un poco justillo todo

En nuestro caso eramos 6, 4 adultos y 2 niños de 8 años, de los adultos, dos personas mayores (70 y 80 años) y la casa nos quedó pequeña y está tan colgada en la montaña que solo se podian hacer cosas en coche, nada de ir caminando a ninguna parte (mucho menos a la playa!). Queda a hora y media del aeropuerto de Olbia y a 50 minutos de costa smeralda. no está cerca de nada. Los colchones de las habitaciones principales un horror, la dueña deberia cambiarlos la verdad, podiamos sentir los resortes (y no estoy exagerando). Además, a la entrada nos pidieron que por favor limpiaramos por donde se va el agua en la ducha, es decir, sacar los pelos de adentro! Habia que hacerlo cada vez que alguien se duchaba o sino la ducha se tapaba. no me parece algo a tener que hacer en las vacaciones por sistema y menos cuando se paga un alojamiento por este precio. Otra cosa que la dueña podria mejorar. La señora que nos hizo el registro era una belga muy simpatica, pero amiga de la dueña, no nos dio nada de informacion de la zona cercana (o sea en la misma urbanización) - asi que fue el ultimo dia que descubrimos que cerca habia un lugar donde comprar el pan, carne, y cosas asi como para el dia a dia. La zona es bastante cara, el acceso solo por coche, lo de bajar caminando a la playa es una fantasía. En fin... La casa está OK para 4 personas, adultas con movilidad y condicion fisica. Lamentablemente, no la recomiendo.

COSTA PARADISO

Un emplacement extra, une vue extraordinaire, de l'espace, du silence, de la surprise (visite des chats du "mas" et des sangliers :-))... Un emplacement pour se garer sans pb. Et le plus, la piscine qui était quasi uniquement pour nous ! Un logement avec l'impression d'être dans une maison de famille... Est-ce le cas ? Une communication avec Rita (qui vous accueille) où Silvia par message très facile. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Traumhafte Ferien

Es ist eine ganz schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Sitzplatz. Mann sieht so schön aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Leider ist es sehr kurvig um ans Meer und zum einkaufen zu gehen. Vielen dank an Rita die uns alles gezeigt hat und vielen dank an Silvia der das Haus gehört. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl.
