"Il Muto", 3-room semi-detached house 60 m2. Practical furnishings: living room with TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 small double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue.
