Costa Paradiso Village, Holiday House with terrace (B1. 14) - North Sardinia

Holiday house completely renovated in 2019 within Costa Paradiso touristic Village offering swimming pool, health services, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco shop, fish shop, parapharmacy, ATM and private parking few steps away - about 150 mt. Access to the swimming pool and health center is reserved to the Village guests - free access.
Costa Paradiso is located within an exclusive natural scene with red granite rocks and green Mediterranean bushes, just 800 meters from the transparent water of Li Cossi beach.
Free medical service available from mid june to mid september.

The house includes:
Open space kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, tableware and pans.
Living room with sofa bed, Lcd Tv, Air Conditioning, Wi Fi.

Gallura is a spectacular area for its cultural, naturalistic and food and wine richness. Located in the north of Sardinia, it is close to many attractions, such as the authentic villages of Aggius and Aglientu and the numerous neighboring beaches such as Li Tinnari and Li Cossi which are the closest.
Convenient location 76 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport.

Saubere, neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung, im 1. Stock über schmale Treppe erreichbar, ist sauber, neu und funktionell gut eingerichtet. Kleiner balkon nach osten hin gerichtet mit schönem Blick auf die umgebenden Hügel der Costa Paradiso und auf die umherstreifenden Wildschweine. Bis zum Nachmittag im Hochsommer leider in der prallen Sonne, kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Von den Nachbarn im Haus kriegt man nicht viel mit, da die Wohnungen und Balkone schön voneinander separiert sind. Der sehr große Pool ist über mehrere Treppenstufen erreichbar, ist in der Mittagszeit jedoch geschlossen. WLAN der Anlage funktioniert nur teilweise und auch nur in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Büros. 2 min. zu Fuß ist eine sehr gute Eisdiele und ein teurer kleiner Supermarkt. Zum wunderschönen Strand Li Cosi benötigt man das Auto, da die Straße sehr steil ist, der kleine Parkplatz unten ist jedoch schnell vollgeparkt. Der Ort ist ein rein touristischer Ort, aber sehr ruhig und die Häuser fügen sich sehr gut in die idyllische Landschaft ein.

Beau cadre de vacances

Joli appartement, fonctionnel et dans un cadre magnifique. La résidence est jolie, la piscine surveillée et grande. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité. L'équipe qui s'occupe des appartements est très gentille et efficace. Je recommande avec plaisir cet location de vacances.
