In the first line to the tourist pier, the second floor apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodating 6 guests. Additional amenities include TV and a washing machine. On your balcony equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the Gulf of Asinara and harbour, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or a delicious meal prepared on the shared grill in the evening. Within walking distance from your accommodation you will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants (100-350 m). You can also reach a supermarket within 6 minutes on foot (450 m). Appartamento semplice, senza fronzoli

Pros: Diretta sul porto e vicina ad una spiaggetta carina, si può arrivare a piedi a la spiaggia della Marinedda attraverso dei sentieri naturalistici. Cons: La casa datata probabilmente non è isolata e la sera si faceva una cappa di caldo assurda. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma un ventilatore che ci ha fatti sopravvivere la notte. Ma è un difetto strutturale, l'host almeno ha dato a disposizione il ventilatore.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Leider nicht gut gelaufen

Wir hatten in Isola Rossa das Apt. Mola 4 gemietet, angegeben war 2 Schlafzimmer, offene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen im oberen Stockwerk. Die Agentur meldete sich vorher weder per Whatsapp, erst nach Schreiben einer Mail wurden wir kontaktiert. Bei Ankunft brachte man uns zu einem anderen Haus, ohne Balkon oder Terrasse. Wir gaben bekannt, das dies nicht das Apt. war, was wir haben wollten, farauf fuhr man mit uns zum abgebildeten Haus und bot uns die Wohnung im EG an, die weder 2 Schlafzimmer noch eine Terrasse hatte. Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Wohnungen in diesem Haus nicht fix vergeben werden. Auch diese Wohnung wollten wir nicht, daraufhin wurde uns wieder eine andere Wohnung gezeigt, die zwar einen Minibalkon hatte, aber kein 2. Schlafzimmer. Auch das lehnten wir ab, worauf wir eine vierte Wohnung gezeigt kamen, die wir aus genervten Gründen dann annahmen. Diese Wohnung war sehr sauber, aber mit ziemlich alten und wackligen Möbeln (Schlafsofa, Betten) ausgestattet, die Kücheneinrichtung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Deshalb kann ich für die oben gezeigte Wohnung keine Gesamtbewertung abgeben, da ich sie ja nie gesehen habe. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht buchen, da man nicht weiss was man bekommt.
