Cute little hideaway!

A very quaint Hotel right in the seaside. I was able to walk right up and touch the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast items are limited, but the food was good! We definitely enjoyed our stay. One note...if you want to eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant, you need to put in reservations with the front desk.

Leider zu wenige Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Atmosphäre mehr wie ein Strandhaus statt Hotel (hat uns gefallen). Kleines Zimmer gut aufgeteilt. Kein Fenster im Bad zum öffnen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut und auf Nachfrage flexibel. Toller Ort um kurz vor Triest-City zu entspannen und zu Baden.

Disappointing. Very small room even by European standards. Mold on ventilation duct and on shower floor. Only one AC outlet in bedroom under desk. Parking is terrible as the adjoins restaurant shares the same lot. The only rooms that really have a sea view are two suites despite the room description. On the positive side the staff is very nice and the restaurant serves good food.

Schönes Hotel, aber unfreundliches Personal

Das Hotel an sich war sehr schön, Zimmer relativ sauber, Meer vor der Nase, jedoch ohne wirklichen Badezugang, nur mit kleinem Boot-Anlege Platz. Das zugehörige Restaurant war überfüllt, das Essen und Getränke überteuert und den Preis nicht wert. Das Personal war sehr distanziert und unfreundlich, man wird, wenn man nicht augenschleinlich als sehr wohlhabend durchgeht, sehr abschätzig behandelt. Mussten lange warten. Alles in allem, durchschnittliches Hotel, aber man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen.

Coolt hotell med stor solterrass invid havet

Vi skulle besöka Trieste och ville ha ett hotell lite utanför centrum. Hotellet har en väldigt "cool" stil med en egen solterrass alldeles invid havet. Rummet var trevligt och fräscht möblerat. Vi kan dock inte rekommendera den tillhörande restaurangen, då maten inte var prisvärd och servicen dålig, eller så hade personalen bara en dålig dag.

Beautiful locstion, not so beautiful experience

Aesthetically and location wise tbis hotel is perfect. However, our experience was not so much. Our top two reasons for choosing this hotel was air conditioning (I have a medical condition) and parking (we were driving). When we arrived there was nowhere to park and the staff on duty "helpfully" told us to find street parking. It was also very hot in our room, but the staff assured us it was Bc the ac had not been on all day and it would cool down quickly. We spent a terrible night in the heat (at least 85 degrees in the room), and in the morning it was confirmed the ac was broken in the complex. We were assured it would be fixed that day, but when we returned to the room later that day it was still at least 85. The gentleman on duty then proceeded to argue with my husband that it wasn't as hot as we said in the room, told us we couldn't expect "American cold", seemed more concerned that we tried to stand on a chair to see if any cold air was coming out (not for our safety but for the chair). Our second night was spent similarly not asleep in the heat (we could not move hotels Bc there was a summit in the city and rooms were booked up). Upon check out we were offered no compensation of any kind. We understand things happen that are beyond anyone's control: the AC will break, parking lots will be full, but it was the dismissive and combative attitude of most of the staff (one of the ladies on duty was actually very nice), that is leading me to write such a negative review.
