8.2/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)

The hotel really didn't live up to the presentation on the website, the room was very old, run down and basic. The online upfront check process gave a really professional presentation of the Hotel but this was quickly changed when I walked in the door. I didn't find the member of staff on reception at all helpful and seemed more interested on what she was doing on the computer than giving a warm welcome. I won't be returning.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (16 reviews)

Fantastic new clean efficient property. Safe and reliable - although pretty close to not so desirable areas
