We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend! The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance without being right in the center. Rio made sure our check-in was easy and was available to answer any questions. Breakfast each morning was a nice addition. The room was spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. We stayed three nights and had a great room on the third floor with air conditioning and a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offering was varied and tasty! The location is in the center of the pedestrian area, close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location, however a few things fell short for a hotel at this price. Eg the toiletries, very basic hair/shower gel, no separate shampoo or conditioner. The shower head was set up in a way that you’re basically standing up against the wall to get under the water. There was a dirty rag left from the cleaners in the cupboard.
