I got charged for a room that I didn't get to stay at. When I went to check in the clerk said that the boiler had broke & they wouldn't have hot water. He said that I would have to get a refund from Hotels.com. Searched on their website & they make it impossible to get a refund from the site. Talked ...

The Westin Huntsville
