"The room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the towels, mold, NASTY carpet. I did not feel safe on the property at all. People being loud outside & in walkways, smoking weed outside in the parking lots, blasting music in their cars. Would not recommend."

"Coffee was decent. Always found a parking spot right by the front door. Room was nice and spacious. A very rowdy ground of teen were raising cane (literally the floors were shaking on the 3rd floor). Tried calling from room phone... The room phone was dead. Tried calling from my cell, nobody answered... Thankfully it only lasted for about 4 hours."

"The room was okay for the price nothing fancy could have been better... It served the purpose at the time.. did not like being on the back end of the motel.. made me feel a bit uneasy... But I initially had no problems..."

"Over all this is a very average place. The room and grounds seemed clean, breakfast was simple but our stay was VERY noisy. The walls and windows are NOT sound proof. Could hear the traffic from the highway out front all night. The first night a helicopter flew over for several hours and over our 2 night stay we heard very large planes flying very low coming in for landings. Sounded like we were across the street from the airport. But the worst was the noise coming from the room next door. There was a college van out front so I’m guessing there was a field trip of some sort and the room was full of very loud boys. I spoke with front desk the morning after our first night of not sleeping and was told they would speak with the leader of their group. Second night was worst than the first. Boys were more loud and at one point a fight broke out. I was really concerned for the safety of the kids in the room. I called the front desk and she said she would handle it. She did call their room because I could hear the call through the wall but the noise did not subside until well after midnight. Screaming, yelling profanities in the room and in the parking lot, doors slamming in the room , car doors slamming outside, helicopters and airplanes flying over……worst stay ever and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU CARE ABOUT SLEEPING!!!! "

"I chose a premium room with microwave and fridge. I even called the hotel several days before i flew in to make sure I would have these amenities. I was reassured I would have these upon check in. My flight landed about 11pm. We stopped at a fast food restaurant to pick up food and went straight to the hotel. I checked in at the front desk, got my key card and went to the room.(my 2yr & 18yr old with me) Things looked a bit sketchy. I opened the room and began looking around. No microwave or fridge, supposed to be nonsmoking but strong smoke smell, smoke detector covered in plastic bag, holes in the walls around the ceiling were stuffed with toilet paper. I went back to front desk and informed her. She contacted GM and offered me another room. That room was the same and also a dirty razor blade was on floor near bed. I went back and asked for a refund, i wasnt staying there with my kids for a week. I had to contact hotels.com to get my refund, 7-10 days. I had to find another hotel, pay for it and didnt get settled till after 2am. Hotels.com didn't offer anything extra. Did not offer me another hotel, a free night elsewhere, or any money back other than what i paid for all the inconvenience. Very disappointed in the whole situation. I came all the way from Ohio with my 2yr old to visit my daughter in Georgia (college) for a week. So many issues and having to find somewhere else to stay at 2am is just crazy. I will never stay here or may never use hotels.com again. "
