"LIP STICK ON A PIG. Desk chair is rusted the wheels don't roll, the seat is so disgusting.The back of it is webbed it's so dirty it looks like someone pulled it out of a trash can. I don't feel safe.The windows were unlocked when I got here.I can't open the curtains, to the windows because there are no shears and everybody can see straight in & they need to be open bc no good lighting. The floor is never been mopped disgusting.I can't even walk around barefooted.The AC works good, but it blows straight on you the whole time you sit in the bed.There are no drawers to store anything!! NOT a long stay place. Probably ok for one night only. All the cabinet doors are broken and sag look like they were rescued from a flood because they're all peeling up on the bottom or cracked on the side of the particle board. I had to cover my peek hole because the shield is broken and won't stay in place. The mattress COVER has blood stains on it! The desk area is just a shelf in what's supposed to also be the closest that only has 2 hangers in it.So if you hang your clothes up you can't use it as a desk area. The remote control to the TV is so disgusting and sticky , that you just know it has a million germs on it. Doors don't automatically close and there's no additional safety latch on the door.The pool is absolutely filthy and cannot swim in it. There's only one lounge chair around the pool and the little cabanas are disgusting. "

"Our stay at this property was extremely positive. The staff were very friendly even when we arrived at 2am to check in due to a delayed flight. The room was clean and spacious. The fitness center was pretty small but had enough equipment for a good workout. The pool and hot tub looked inviting, although we did not get a chance to use either. The location was great and many things, including the waterfront and City Market, were easily walkable. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t look at many photos before booking so I was very surprised. The person that completed the interior design should receive an award. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect location nearby countless restaurants and bars. This was my first trip to Savannah and I’ll definitely stay at this property when I visit again. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Took a minute for someone to come and check us in, but it was late and she was super friendly. Room was great, clean and comfy. Nice to have a kitchenette. Only issue was parking. Lot behind the hotel was full. We were told to park in the garage and they texted us a code so we wouldn’t be charged. At first the garage screen said $30 due so we scanned the code again and it charged us $26. We ended up paying bc there were several cars behind us waiting to leave. Not sure if this was a mistake or if we had to be out by a certain time (if so, we weren’t told that) but it was annoying after paying the hotel $30 for parking! Aside from that and a very rowdy bar area (weekend before Saint Patrick’s Day, so understandable)…the room was nice, the hotel was interesting (loved hearing about the history!) and the front desk ladies were super nice. Would stay again if parking was resolved. "

"Smells like smoke upon entry, but rooms are clean. Housekeeping did not service despite talking w them and scheduling —still towels were provided upon calling. Had loud neighbors that would play music all night (10pm-4am) made 3 separate complaints to front desk w no resolution. All in all it was okay for a last minute reservation, was close to everything and affordable. "

"Staff at the pool area did not take our complaint seriously. When the maintenance people were installing the shelving for an outdoor bar area, they dropped the whole shelving box over. There was a mother with her baby nearby and the shelf nearly hit the baby. It was a close call. We informed the staff about this but they basically did nothing. Kids continued to play around the area. It was. Dangerous situation that could have been tragic. Other than that, the hotel was nice. "

"Charming, elegant, funky hotel in the heart of Savannah. The bar was wonderful. The decor is elegant and artsy. We walked everywhere - convenient location. Sadly, the pool was closed for renovations - we would have loved to use the pool. It was very nice looking from our hotel room window."
