"Great value "

"Staff was kind and helpful, daily included breakfast was great and much appreciated as were the coin operated laundry machines. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. "

"We were here for a soccer tournament and chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Major disappointment. For whatever reason our keys could not stay magnetized. We got locked out of our room six times. I watched this happen to other families too who would sit on the floor in the hallway while one of their family members would go downstairs to get a new key. It also felt kind of odd that the front desk staff seem so unconcerned about the fact that we had to go down and get new keys so many times. It must happen a lot. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to other families."

"The property is obviously older but they have done some renovations to the rooms. It's acceptable and the room was clean. Had everything we needed. The rooms are small. The breakfast was decent and had choices. We stayed on the river side and it was very quiet."

"Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice. "

"I want to give a shout out to Victoria! She was beyond amazing such a wonderful welcome. Victoria is such a hard worker during our visit she did amazing at multitasking, during morning breakfast she would manage the front desk well helping make sure tables are clean and breakfast items stay stocked as well as doing towels. She goes above and beyond her customer service she gives 110% she greats you with a smile and a warm welcome I loved that during all her multitasking she kept such a positive attitude and was beyond kind. In chaos she was calm, kind and collected. Victoria is AMAZING!! Our family will definitely be booking here again the room was so spacious with our large family of 6 it’s very hard finding a decent room without having to book 2. My children and I agreed out of all the hotels we’ve stayed this one has been hands down the best! Our room was clean and fresh that’s very important. Our kids were very comfortable and happy. The beds so cozy and loved having king size beds and couch. We were beyond happy and hope to book the same room 201 next time we visit. Victoria thank you for being amazing and such a hard worker. "
