Great experience! We loved the outdoor pool and that it was open until midnight! The pool towels were actually big enough to wrap up in. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and probably the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Also note I’m very much a picky hotel person and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was undergoing renovations in common areas. No carpet, fixtures removed, partially stripped paint on walls, etc. etc. Looked pretty bad and was NOT advertised when I booked the room. Room was clean and functional. Staff were great. Breakfast was your typical serve yourself continental buffet. Fantastic river walk and park behind the hotel with no direct access to it.

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland! The suite was spacious, spotless, and had a full kitchenette—perfect for feeling at home. Comfortable beds and great separate living area. The free hot breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the evening socials were a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in onward. Prime location near the river, restaurants, and easy access to the Tri-Cities. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. This is our new favorite in the area—we'll definitely return!
