"We stayed at the Hotel Cubo for 4 nights. We arrived late in the first evening and our room was a little stuffy. The staff upon being informed immediately took action to correct the issue. The efforts helped; however, we were completely surprised the next morning when the staff checked in with us at breakfast to see if their efforts had corrected the issues (they were proactive). We said it helped but the room was still a little stuffy. They then offered to move us to another room which we accepted and that room was comfortable and incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was exceptional!! The hotel location is great being just outside the Old Town (you can drive up to it!). Old Town is a short (less than 5 minute walk) from the hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again if visiting Ljubljana."

Only slight disappointment was the gym, 2 of the machines were out of order and we specifically booked this hotel as it had a gym, but was still useable. Would definitely recommend."

We chose this hotel as, rarely for a city centre hotel, it had an outdoor pool besides which we spent some hours relaxing and soaking up the sun - and occasionally actually having a swim. The staff were all really helpful. My wife and I would unreservedly recommend this hotel as an ideal place to stay in Ljubljana."
