Clean, bright, and warm, spacious rooms!
We enjoyed the clean, bright, and warm spacious rooms after the friendly staff had made our check in smooth and efficient! The only negative point was that the Wifi's connection to the internet was a bit 'tidal!'

The room looked better in person than it did in the pictures. It was like a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, washer, and all of the necessities. Overall the place was great and you can walk to the train station just a little bit down the road. My biggest complaint was the listing says they have an airport shuttle and when we got there I asked the clerk at check-in and he said we could take the bus from the train station. This for us was a big part of choosing this room. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is not the best but it was not bad.

Beautiful apartment and very friendly staff
They were actually having maintenance done during our stay so we had to spend our first night somewhere else. They were excellent at arranging this for us, and keeping in contact with us throughout via whatsapp. Any question was answered quickly, and the only problem we had solved quickly. The apartment (they said was one of their best) was very pretty and well stocked. The air con was great and the bed comfy. Can't fault it!

Spacious apartment close to train station

Highly Recommended
We only stayed one night to be close to Treviso Airport for an early flight. Apartment was very spacious and clean. I recommend this accomodation for anyone who's looking in this area. It's also within walking distance to the centre. Very well served by the office staff too upon check-in. Wi-fi was not so strong.

Location, convenient and modern.
At first was concerned about its closeness to the train station but I shouldn't had worried. The location provided a base and quick get away to Venice itself. Let alone the city of Treviso or other nearby destinations. The apartment was modern, clean and had all conveniences i expected at hand. Reception was very cheerful and helpful.

Nice Apartment
We had the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment which was very spacious although I was not too keen going up the staircase. To be fair the picture clearly shows the staircase. Would be good for families as the washing machine and the seating area upstairs and the dinning area down stairs would be useful.

Excellent apartment, close to train station.
Well equipped, clean, comfortable, modern, secure apartment. Only 5 minutes walk from train station, with trains running to Venice every 20 mins (€3.80 each way). Easy access via bus 6 from Treviso airport (20 mins). Treviso centre is a pleasant 15 walk away and provides good dining choices away from the crowds in Venice. An excellent apartment and highly recommended if you are looking to stay outside of Venice, but have easy access to the city.

Excellent location
I was located in a one-bedroom apartment. It came complete with a fully fitted kitchen area, a sitting area outside, a comfortable bedroom and generous bathroom. The location was perfect for my needs , as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the train and bus stations. The shopping area was just beyond that.

Close to center of Treviso
We were looking for a place that was within walking distance of the city center and the train station - wow, did we find the right place! The location was perfect - 10 minutes to the center of town, and two blocks from the train. Even better - the Palazzo Brando was a lovely place to stay. Our unit was really nice - pretty, clean and comfortable. And the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Not only did they make sure we were able to get into our room in the morning (not often possible), they also arranged a car service to pick us up at the airport. Truly above and beyond customer service.

Great hotel, walking distance to Treviso.
Stayed in this large three bedroom apartment in Treviso, Close to the train station and a 10 -15 minute walk into the the main centre. Lots of space for our large family. Staff very helpful. Bathroom ok, could have better, we had a clogged sink.

Venice on a budget
Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel ,we booked this after our son stayed here the end of last year. The place is absolutely great ,so clean and its is of a high standard couldn't get over how big each apartment was,would recommend to any one that's wants accommodation that's is near the station to access Venice ,excellent thank you ,defiantly would return

Great weekend break
We booked the apartment for a change as we were going to be staying for 3 nights,it was situated near the train station and only a few minutes walk to the city centre.the apartment was very clean and modern and exceeded our expectations.we will book the same place again when we come back to Treviso

Lovely place, very close to town centre
Really modern apartment with excellent facilities. Only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and railway station. The area doesn't look very trendy, but the apartment and proximity are so good that we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Excellent value also.

A jewel in Treviso
This is a fantastic place to stay. It is an apartment rather than a traditional hotel room. It has a kitchen area for cooking with a fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and a kettle. It was very clean and was only a few minutes on foot from the station and the centre of Treviso. There is an office on site for help and advice on local amenities.

A jewel in Treviso
This is a fantastic place to stay. It is an apartment rather than a standard hotel room which meant I could prepare my own meals as there was a cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. It is only a short walk from the station and just another 5 minutes to the centre of Treviso. There is an on-site office in case you need anything.

Lovely apartment
We used the property as a stopover before our morning flight to Stansted (Ryanair). Very good location, less than 5 minutes from the railway station if you use the underpass. We had booked a one bedroom apartment which was modern, clean, well appointed, and a good size over two floors. It had a terrace and it was fantastic value for money at around 80E. The office was very helpful and sold us tickets for the airport bus as well as giving us information about the town. In hindsight, I wish we had spent longer at Treviso as it was a nice town in its own right. Residence Palazzo would be a good base for day trips to Venice as the train is fast and cheap. The only downsides I guess are not having fantastic views because it is close to an overpass and a busy road, hence the reason for marking down the neighbourhood.

Lovely hotel, near a loud road though
Lovely hotel, a short walk from Treviso and supermarkets. Very nice base to see Venice but Treviso itself is a lovely little place and well worth a stroll around. Very clean accommodation, lovely balcony to sit on. However it is near a loud dual carriage way so not as quiet as people may like. I would also recommend that the hotel remind people in the information book they provide for people to have their train tickets validated at the machine at the station. We got caught with a €60 fine, we didn't know about it. Although I think it is a thing across Europe. Otherwise a brilliant stay and would love to come back :-)

Great place to stay near the station
I didn't have much time to enjoy my apartment as I only stayed for one night but it was very well situated and contained anything you might need including a washing machine. The staff in reception were great, the information provided very helpful and the apartment even contained some scales so I could check I wasn’t over my baggage allowance. I would definitely like to return with my family. Triviso is a lovely town and it is also very easy to hop on the train to Venice avoiding the really high hotel prices (and tourist traps)

This hotel has everything you need! The staff was very friendly and speaks very good English. The hotel's location is very great - very close to the train station and to downtown Treviso.

a great stay
It's a great location in downtown Treviso. The parking is in a short walk from the building. You can use the kitchen in the apartment. It's very nice and clean. You need to know that it is an apartment, and they won't change towels and linens every day. However, when I asked, they were happy to accommodate my request. I'll definitely try to come back.

Perfect apartment. Exceeded expectations.
Stayed 3 nights, after stop in Venice. Treviso and Residence Palazzo Brando made for a very enjoyable few days. Apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, cute, and in excellent location. There is a pedestrian tunnel under train station which takes you right out to the street of the apartment. 5 minute walk. We didn't know about the walkway when we arrived and took a 10 Eu cab. Giuila the owner is very nice, and helpful. Nice books about Treviso in the apartment. It was fully equipped to do some cooking. Easy bus to Treviso Airport. Takes about 15 minutes. Bus stop outside train station. Highly recommend. Would like a longer stay there.

Perfect for trips to Venice.
My girlfriend and I wanted to visit Venice but not stay there. We didn't want to pay more for a hotel just because it was in Venice or be stuck in such a busy, expensive place. So we opted for Treviso which is half an hour's train ride from Venice (and cheap). I searched for a hotel near Treviso train station and was lucky enough to find Residence Palazzo Brando. Lucky for a number of reasons; - its four minute walk to the train station and ten minute walk to the town centre, its very friendly and helpful staff and, last but not least, its spacious apartments. We had a very large living area with a long, comfortable sofa bed (not required by us as a bed), tons of cupboard space, a four ring oven top, sink, kettle, toaster and table that seated four. Up a few steps there was the bedroom, once again large and with plenty of drawers and wardrobes to put your clothes and so on. Off of that was good sized bathroom with a perfect shower, a washing machine and everything you need (a hairdryer on the wall, an ironing board with an iron on request). The lady that met us was extremely friendly and helpful, happy to answer all our questions and help in any way possible. There is a small supermarket in the station and a larger one ten minutes walk away. I am vegan and was pleased to discover a health (or bio) shop very nearby. We stayed there six nights and really wish we could have stayed a lot longer. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Very comfortable for extended stay
Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel. I can't reccomend it enough. The apartments are very comfortable and come stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, plates etc that you need. There is plenty of parking in the courtyard behing a locked gate. Note that there is a surcharge to use the air conditioning - and then only set to 24C/75F. It was 28C/82F during the day during my stay and the room was warm during the night. As no AC is provided a fan would have been appreciated.

Palazzo Brando Treviso
Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri 3 bambini a treviso, appartemento situato in una palazzina moderna e molto accogliente. L'appartamento é davvero molto grande: sala con cucina con 5 fuochi, micronde, forno, ampio frigorifero, nespresso. Camere con letti molto comodi ed ampi, con tv, bagno con doccia e lavatrice, tutto molto pulito. Al piano superiore (mansardato e molto curato) camera matrimoniale con un altro bagno, e un salotto con poltroncine e tv. Palazzina molto tranquilla, unica piccola pecca (ma di cui eravamo informati) assenza di ascensore. Parcheggio privato. Ci ritornerei di sicuro!!!
