"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out process were easy and quick. The property has elevator which is a big plus. Location is excellent. 10 mins walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Metro and bus station are close by. Staff is available from 9am to 6pm. They will provide instructions if you check-in after hours."

Not only did they take care with an expedited check-in process, but when we inquired about excellent restaurants in the Rome vicinity, they offered a variety of selections with incredible food. Thank you both so much for going above and beyond."

"Very pleasant staff and very accommodating. Was only there for 2 nights so can’t comment on much else. We paid the the breakfast options but it wasn’t worth the cost in my opinion. No one came to clear our dishes or offer coffee as other tables. The hot breakfast options were minimal and not very nice. "
