"Staff & hotel were lovely hotel was very clean and food was good the sea view was stunning my husband said the real ale was excellent to, weather wasnt on our side so didnt explore as much as we would have like round the area but went in to Padstow which wasnt to far & was a nice drive out & a great little village 😀 "

"Gorgeous hotel. Super child friendly, yet perfect for adults too. My only complaint was that the pool is FREEZING! But other than that it was one of my favourite family holidays. "

"Nice surroundings. Liked the apartment. It was spacious and comfy. Would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided and more than one toilet roll. TV was not working on arrival but it was fixed the next day. No hot water on the last morning of our stay so no shower (we needed to get on the road so didn't want to wait for maintenance to come over and fix it while I was still in our pyjamas!). Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good but not available on the last day as they don't do breakfasts during the week during quiet periods. Wanted to try the pool but it wasn't available Sunday morning as it was being cleaned and Sunday afternoon it was too busy so gave it a miss."

"Our room was very clean and well prepared the staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent Only one negative no bedside light and you could not switch off the main light from the bed. "

"Amazing staff. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them and they look smart and very well spoken. The room was absolutely amazing, nice and clean. It's amazing how so many original features are still there. The ghost walk and the self guided tour was also fantastic. We will certainly be back as we want to do the after hours tour. Couldn't ask for a better service or place to stay 😊"
