"Hotel was under construction- but that was not disclosed at the time of the booking- so there was only 1 elevator that was being used by construction crew, staff, and guest- wait time was very long. No breakfast, No pool, didnt know that until check in. Did not get a refund or a break in cost of room without the amenities."
