We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. Parking was close by and very close to Haro and the wine tasting and trails to bike and walk. great base for Rioja wine visit"

"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "
