The capacity of the whole house is 13 people because the two apartments can function as a unit being in the same building.

The rural house is located in the old neighborhood of Pobes, 15 minutes from Vitoria Gasteiz, 40 minutes from Bilbao and less than half an hour from the Rioja wineries. Exceptional views

Due to its strategic geographical location, it is possible to get to know all of Euskadi, La Rioja and Burgos, since these destinations are less than an hour's journey away.
Surrounding the house is a private fruit farm where there are observatories to see up close or photograph numerous wild birds that come to eat.

Fantastic vacation home
We chose this area because we love outdoor activities, especially hiking and MTB but are also very interested in cultural and historic sites.Pobes is a small village located very central in the Basque Country. From a visit to the world famous Guggenheim museum to climbing up steep mountains , everything is within driving distance..
Since this place is located in a small rural community, there is also all the privacy, peace and quiet you could wish for.
The accommodation is surprisingly large with all the amenities and luxuries you could wish for.
The owner is very friendly and helped us beyond the call of duty, Not only did he wait up for us for check in, because we got there extremely late due to traffic, He also gave us a ride into the next town when our car broke down and we needed a rented car . We will definitely come back!

Très bel appartement façon loft, très bien meublé.Accueil sympathique, avec renseignements utiles.Dommage que l'appartement du dessous soit bruyant le soir(meubles tirés, portes..). De ce fait, on perd le calme de l'environnement. Pas de commerces dans le village.Le lac est à 40 kms, la mer à 80 kms.La batterie de cuisine se limite à une casserole et deux petites poêles, pas de bouilloire, ni d'essoreuse à salade. strict minimum pour la vaisselle.Environnement intéressant à visiter (les salines, Vitoria Gasteiz...)bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Heel fijn appartement
Joseba ontving ons heel vriendelijk en gaf via de app allerlei tips over restaurants. Het appartement was heel.schoon en ruim. Er hangt een grote tv en er staat een fijn bankstel. Het is een rustige buurt en alle mooie steden van het Baskenland zijn binnen 1 tot 1,5 uur bereikbaar. Vitoria is dichtbij.

unattraktives Pobes
Pobes ist kein wirklich schöner Ort, nicht einmal die kleinste Möglichkeit, etwas einzukaufen. Viele umliegende Dörfer schöner, gepflegter. Wohnung geräumig, alles nur ein großer Raum; Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen, spärliche Ausstattung. Angeblich ruhige Lage wird komplett gestört durch Autobahn und Bahnstrecke, beides in Sichtweite!! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Nos hemos alojado durante seis noches en el apartamento Baias. Realmente precioso. Las vistas son estupendas y vienen realzadas por los numerosos ventanales que tiene el apartamento. Las fotos no lo hacen justicia ya que parece más pequeño y poco luminoso de lo que es. Es un apartamento tipo loft muy amplio con un derroche de luz natural. Está bien equipado y nos lo encontramos muy limpio y con una decoración mimada.
Joseba se esmeró en todo desde antes de reservar el alojamiento hasta el último momento. Nos recomendó excursiones y atendió a todas nuestras dudas.
El pueblo de Pobes es muy agradable y tranquilo. Ideal para disfrutar del descanso por las noches y de buenas excursiones durante el día.

Apartamento y entorno acogedor
Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Nosotros nos instalamos en el apartamento baía, que corresponde a la buhardilla. Tiene una capacidad para cuatro personas, aunque era muy grande! Una cama de matrimonio, un salón, una cocina, un baño y una pequeña habitación para los niños con dos camas. Las vistas desde nuestro apartamento eran preciosas.
La casa se encuentra ubicado en un pequeño pueblo que cuenta con todos los recursos necesarios e incluso una piscina municipal a pocos metros de la estancia, que tuvimos la suerte de poder visitar ya que nos hizo días de sol y calor para bañarnos.
El entorno es muy tranquilo y la temperatura ideal.
Muy bien comunicado por carreteras para poder conocer el País Vasco desde aquí.
Joseba, el propietario, muy agradable y atento y siempre dispuesto a indicarnos lugares para conocer.
Recomiendo completamente esta estancia.

Enclave tranquilo y muy bien comunicado
La casa está en un enclave perfecto y con muy buena comunicación con todo el País Vasco y La Rioja. Nosotros fuimos en familia para visitar San Sebastián, Bilbao, Vitoria y Logroño, además de otros pueblecitos como Laguardia, Getaria, etc. También nos guiamos por las recomendaciones de Joseba, el dueño, y visitamos las salinas de Añana (adjuntamos fotos).
Nosotros estuvimos en la planta baja de la casa, un apartamento muy grande, con cuatro dormitorios, dos baños, un salón, una cocina muy amplia con comedor y un gran hall de entrada. Además, tenía una terraza muy grande con unas vistas preciosas al valle, donde podíamos comer y jugar con los niños.
El pueblecito es muy pequeño y tranquilo. Tiene un consultorio médico, una tienda pequeña de alimentación que abre sólo por la mañana y un par de bares. Entre diario pasa una camioneta para abastecer de verduras y carne. En cualquier caso, Vitoria está a 15 minutos en coche para cualquier otra necesidad.
Joseba siempre ha estado muy atento a todas nuestras necesidades y ha hecho que nuestra estancia en esta casa haya sido muy agradable. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar.
