Brilliant value
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world and this was one of the best value stays I have ever had. Excellent room, really good breakfast, very pleasant surroundings. For a hotel near Bergamo airport this is is exceptional.

Un piacevole soggiorno
Hotel confortevole e pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio dell'hotel e' molto comodo. Colazione generosa. Spazi all'aperto ben tenuti. Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo di caldo straordinario ed inaspettato per la stagione e sarebbe stato gradevole avere l'aria condizionata per non dover tenere la finestra aperta (ed evitare cosi' moscerini ed i rumori della strada) ma per il resto abbiamo avuto un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Anche Trescore e' una localita' carina e tranquilla!

Staff were fantastic. One could assume it's a regional thing, because I noticed people in Bergamo are all calm and kind - the kindness that naturally comes from within, not the fake one. Probably because they live so close to scenic nature. Hotel itself and facilities are old. Old but classy. If you want to experience old Italian hominess, then you have found a right one. Only drawback, you have to have a car because the walk from the bus station (good 15 mins) is just not recommended after sunset basically. Also, the food at the restaurant was not up to expectations. If you expect good Italian food, you will be disappointed. But again, if you have a car, you can easily get around. And the little shops and cafes in the neighborhood are good.

The rooms are fine, very clean and kind people. The only thing is that the beds are terrible and the rooms are very, very noisy (I could follow my neighbors phone conversation and he was speaking very softly, I could hear his tv and I could hear my neighbor from upstairs walk)

Gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Nell'accoglienza, nel gestire richieste extra. Molto apprezzato il boxe per la colazione visto abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza. La struttura è ben posizionata e comoda anche per chi deve muoversi verso Bergamo aeroporto. Camere silenziose, letto comodo. L hotel avrebbe bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione, bagno incluso, davvero un po' vecchiotto. Un attenzione maggiore per la pulizia. Per noi che lo abbiamo utilizzato per una notte più che bene visto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'hotel è sito in una zona molto tranquilla e il parcheggio interno gratuito è molto comodo. Per raggiungere l'ingresso si deve camminare sul ghiaino, che rende scomodo trascinare il trolley. Un sassolino si è incastrato nella rotella del trolley bloccandola. La stanza era in ordine, tuttavia il gabinetto era molto incrostato e dava l'idea di sporcizia. Sarebbe da pulire approfonditamente o da sostituire. La colazione offerta è sia dolce, sia salata. I croissant sono di quelli congelati e il mio era biscottato sopra e crudo all'interno. Meglio la colazione salata con uova e würstel, anche se non l'ho provata. Ho scelto questo hotel perché ho trovato un'offerta particolarmente economica, ma a prezzo pieno sceglierei sicuramente altre strutture ricettive.

Chambre semble être rénovée, néanmoins, douche sale et rouillée, WC très usagé avec de fortes traces. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, seul un lustre avec ventilateur. Pas une seule chaîne française dans le bouquet tv proposé. Espace extérieur attenant à la salle de petit déjeuner tres sale ! Une personne sur 4 tres gentille et serviable (la seule parlant français) Hôtel peu recommandable donc

Et lidt gammelt og slidt hotel i super flotte omgivelser med rigtig god service og kun 20 minutters afstand (i bil) fra lufthaven og et kæmpe shopping center. Morgenmaden er dog ikke særlig god og så ligger der ikke rigtig nogen offentlig transport i nærheden, så det er vigtigt at have en bil, ellers bruger man en del penge på taxa.

Bon hôtel à proximité de Bergame
Bon hôtel, situé au calme, à proximité de Bergame. Chambres assez grandes. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking assez grand, et un petit parc avec jeux pour enfants. Le petit déjeuner reste très plaisant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Axes d'amélioration : Pas de climatisation, les nuits chaudes ne sont pas des plus simples. La chambre disposait tout de même d'un ventilateur.
