The Perfect Tuscan stay.
The hotel is in the center of the most charming Tuscan village Castelmuzio. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The treats and coffee in the morning at the coffee shop also in the hotel were incredible.
The restaurant in the hotel ran by the same staff was to die for, one of the best meals we’ve had in Italy thus far. I can’t recommend this charming little hotel anymore!

Great experience in a old town
In a heritage house of a medieval like town, facing church bell tower - great ambience! However, both two days we stayed was without food services (restaurant at site opens 5 out of 7 days😂). Room supply such as hot water and coffee etc are missing (the town does not have any shops) so was a bit inconvenience.
This property was absolutely wonderful. It is very authentic. The room I stayed in was quite small, but it was perfectly fine as it was just me in the room as others have mentioned the bathroom is a bit small but if you just pull the shower curtain back it’s fine. It is just amazing to stay in a building that is so old and so full of history. And this town is amazing. It is not full of tourist like all the other towns around and it is beautiful to walk around.
Liked the quaintness. Was supposed to meet owner at 2:00, but no one was there. It was raining heavily and parking was inconvenient. We had a wedding in Asciano and had no where to get ready. Other than that, it was quaint and nice. Met an American couple and had coffee with them on patio. They gave us a bottle of olive oil that was famous fir area.

The town was really small but there was free parking outside the ztl for the rental car. The hotel also has a restaurant there I would recommend. No free breakfast.

Disliked: Staff & service
Viajamos no inverno.
Locanda caratteristica, proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile.
Very nice, pleasant stay in an authentic, yet somewhat remote Tuscan mountain town with a charming medieval appeal. The room/beds were very comfortable and the service was excellent. The continental breakfast was above average, though it should be noted that there were only two restaurants in town (one in hotel and one very close to the hotel) and neither are open in winter season. Undoubtedly a beautiful location and property, though it likely would have been better had we arrived during the day (easier to find) and if it had been during the spring/summer/fall months as opposed to February. Yet, a great experience nonetheless.
Personligt b&b mitt i en jättemysig liten by.
