"They were super accommodating when I accidentally booked for the wrong day, and they let me change my date at the last minute. My room was clean and quiet, and everything was super comfortable! My only complaint is that some of the stuff was a little worn down. The bathroom door was old and hard to close, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom, but otherwise very good experience! "
"My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional.
Additionally, I asked the hotel clerk if I could possibly extend my stay one additional day. At first he said the price of the additional night would be $116.00. In his next breath he said the price would be $169.00 for an additional night. That represents a $53.00 increase. This behavior also seems suspect, if not intentional
Sincerely,
Connie McKeogh

"Loved the large screened porch and private yard! Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It is the only place on the last hundred yards or so of a dead end road. A short walk from the Mississippi River and a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to a beautiful State Park with great hiking.
If you are a light sleeper the trains might be an issue but we thought it was cool to have those distant train whistles."
