On one level on a plot of 17500 m2 managed in a semi-natural way, it is not uncommon to see deer and other wild animals crossing the plain.

Benefit from a southern exposure, very bright in a quiet and isolated hamlet, just 500 metres from the village of Trélazé.

The house, completed in 1978, was renovated in 2020.

All household linen is provided:
- One bath towel and one towel per person.
- A bath mat
- The beds are made on your arrival.

- A travel cot, a high chair and a changing table are available for your babies.

Entrance:
- A beautiful bright space to put your belongings and make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive.
- A large coat rack
- An entrance cabinet with various books, magazines and tourist guides.

Other information to note:
- Please do not throw ANY BIOCIDAL OR CHEMICAL products in the ducts of any kind and favour the use of biodegradable cleaning products, so as not to have any problems with sanitation for the plants.

- The garden is mowed so as to delimit the area where you can walk, beyond that we ask you to remain careful because its meadow is wet and can sometimes be difficult to access.

- Two small ponds are present to the right and left of the meadow, we ask you to be very vigilant if children accompany you.
