Firhouse Sheepwalk The 1:25K map names this area as Firhouse Sheepwalk, a name that probably has some historical connotation. A lane crosses the scrubby land with a gate at either end, which means that I was probably the first person other than the local farmer to use it for months.

Had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Underfloor heating was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Rosemary was very welcoming and left us a beautiful lemon cake in the kitchen. Don't think I've seen so many excellent reviews on any property and they are all well deserved.
