  • This charming renovated farmhouse welcomes you from 1 January to 31 December.
    Located on the 'peninsula' of Léchiagat, you will be just 3 minutes from the port and 5 'of the Léchiagat beach, 10 minutes of the arrival of the boats of the famous port of Guilvinec, famous for its prawns entr'autre . She has more adequate equipment.
    Designed to accommodate 4 persons (2 rooms), it has everything to please you: garden furniture, barbecue, bikes, dishwasher, oven pyrolysis, microwave, ...
    In winter, enjoy a warm fire.
    The garden is fully fenced and flowers. Its open fireplace opens its arms and even in summer you will not need it, it puts heat only by its impressive presence.

Nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines début Juillet 2025 dans la jolie maison d'Andrée !Que dire ? Si ce n'est que tout était parfait !!! L'accueil d'Andrée et ses très gentilles attentions terroir breton ; la propreté de la maison qui était impeccable ; des équipements comme à la maison, rien de manquait ! Le bonus fort appreciable pour se balader : les 2 vélos !Une question, un souci : Andrée répond toujours présente *merci sincère pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse*.Le clou : un magnifique jardin fleuri, arboré, clôturé.Nous avons pu apprécier la quiétude du jardin, car, lors de notre sejour, les voisins étaient discrets.L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied, une jolie plage (non surveillée), au Guilvinec (juste un pont à traverser), restaurants, supérette. Un chouette marché les dimanches et mardis. Une super boulangerie à quelques mètres de la maisin, leur tarte bigoudaine est une tuerie !Bref, un magnifique séjour dans ce très joli coin de Bretagne !

Entspannung pur in einem sehr schönen bretonischen Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Blumen, Creps und Cidre empfangen. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war vorhanden, sogar ein Gefrierschrank und eine Kaffeepad-Maschine. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen.Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour . L'accueil très bien et rempli de petites attentions. La location est très bien, surtout si vous avez des animaux , le terrain est clos et elle situe très près de la mer avec des promenades le long de la plage. Les gens sont accueillants et n'hésitent pas à donner de précieux renseignements sur la région. Nous reviendrons , c'est certain. Encore merci pour l'accueil. Cathy et Christian Domange.

ein toller Aufenthalt

ein schönes und gemütliches altes Fischerhäuschen. Eingezäunter Garten (perfekt für Hund), man kann PKW auf dem Grundstück parken. 2 min zum Sandstrand. Ein großer Raum, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum Verweilen einlädt. Oben zwei große Zimmer mit guten Betten, noch kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl jeweils. Gute Staumöglichkeiten! Gut ebenfalls eine Toilette zwischen den Zimmern für nachts. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, im Anbau Wäschetrockner und Gefrierschrank und 2 Fahrräder. Einige Sitzgelegenheiten für draußen, leider keine Sitzpolster. Sehr nette Vermieter, bei Ankunft Blumen, Cidre und Crepes, da es sehr schwül war und wir fragten, wurden noch noch 2 Ventilatoren gebracht - alles zur besten Zufriedenheit!

Wunderbar gelegen und sehr idyllisch

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin und ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück! Bäckerei direkt daneben - Hafen mit kleinen Bars und zu Fuß nach Guilvinec in 10 min... Wer ein kleines und sehr typisches Ferienhaus im FINISTERE sucht - hier findet man es. Kleinere "Altersschwächen" der Unterkunft sollte man tolerieren können - es ist sehr ruhig, eine Spielstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr und damit "Ruhe pur". Es ist komplett eingerichtet und für Hundehalter überaus geeignet (abgeschlossener Gärtchen) - Strand in 5 min und das Alles in der Nachbarschaft zu der größten, aktiven Fischereigemeinde in der Südbretagne. Empfehlenswert für einen individuellen Urlaub - auch und gerade für Selbstversorger... herrliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund herum. Gerne wieder.

gîte situé près des dunes et du village de pêcheurs du Guilvinec. Nous avons apprécié le côté typique de cette maison et sa situation dans un endroit préservé idéal pour l'observation des oiseaux dans les marais. Idéal également pour les ballades avec toutous. Après un accueil très sympathique et efficace nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette petite maison très bien située à quelques pas de la plage et du port. Fischerhaus in Top Lage

Fischerhaus mit Charme. Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Lechiagat verbracht. Das Haus bietet folgende (+/-) Merkmale: + charmantes altes Fischerhaus + schöner uneinsehbarer Garten + sehr zentrale Lage (wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, zum Yachthafen, zum Bäcker, zu Bars/Restaurants und ca. 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und zum Fischereihafen) + Parkplatz vor Ort +/- überwirgend gute Ausstattung, wenn auch insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen + 2 Toiletten + freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin (mit Cidre, frischen Blumen und einem 12er Crêpes) + bequeme Matratzen - wenig Tageslicht im Erdgeschoss (im Sommer bei gutem Wetter allerdings unproblematisch) - zu enge Dusche mit mangelhaftem Spritzschutz (Badezimmerboden wird nass).
